Baltimore native Drew honed his craft in Michelin-starred kitchens throughout Washington, DC, and is known for his disciplined, ingredient-driven approach and creative culinary vision.

Drew Adams is a Baltimore native and Johnson and Wales University graduate whose career has been shaped by work in some of the most acclaimed kitchens in Washington DC.
He trained under celebrated chefs at restaurants such as Marcel's and Plume at The Jefferson Hotel where the team earned Forbes Five Star recognition, Relais and Chateau distinction, and a Michelin Star. Drew later joined Rose's Luxury, advancing to Executive Sous Chef and contributing to its rise as one of the top restaurants in the country with accolades from Bon Appetit, GQ, and multiple James Beard Awards along with a Michelin Star. He continued this trajectory at The Dabney where the team also earned a Michelin Star and widespread national praise.
Drew went on to lead the kitchen at Bourbon Steak under Michael Mina where his creativity and disciplined approach further elevated the restaurant and earned recognition including the StarChefs Rising Stars Award. Known for his passion for foraging, he created the signature Foraging and Feasting experience which highlighted his connection to ingredients and his commitment to culinary discovery.
In 2021 Drew relocated to Sarasota to open his own concept, Meliora and Adeline Restaurant, which quickly received honors including Best New Restaurant by the Tampa Bay Times and multiple awards as Best Chef Sarasota.

Riley's experience spans fine dining, three meal restaurants, pool and beach operations, and bars, all shaped by a strong foundation that began at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes and continued at JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa prior to joining The St. Regis Longboat Key. This breadth of experience has allowed him to develop both operational discipline and a deep understanding of the full guest journey.
At CW Prime, Riley oversees the full dining experience with a focused emphasis on service execution and the evolution of the beverage program. Known for fostering a culture that challenges convention, he takes pride in building teams that are driven to push boundaries and create experiences that feel both intentional and distinctive. His leadership has been shaped within Forbes-rated environments, Michelin-level operations, and AAA Five Diamond standards, reinforcing a consistent pursuit of excellence at the highest level.
At the core of his philosophy is a belief that hospitality extends far beyond service. He views his work as being in the memory business, where each interaction is an opportunity to create something lasting and meaningful for the guest. Originally from Orlando, his passion for the water and coastal lifestyle made the transition to his current role a natural alignment, bringing his professional ambitions closer to a setting that reflects his personal interests.

Robert brings ten years of hospitality experience and a focused passion for wine to his role as wine director. He holds WSET Level Two, Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory certification, and the French Wine Scholar designation and has maintained a Wine Spectator award of excellence since 2021. Before joining CW Prime, Robert was part owner of a steakhouse where he built a custom cellar and developed a thoughtful wine program shaped by his belief in wines with minimal intervention and a true sense of place. His expertise is grounded in California and France with a commitment to selecting wines that simply taste good and genuinely connect with guests. At CW Prime, Robert continues to elevate and expand the wine program with the goal of creating the most diverse and compelling collection possible while sharing the story of every bottle with sincere enthusiasm.

With over a decade of experience in hospitality and five years dedicated to wine, Jasmine brings a refined yet approachable perspective to the guest experience. Her passion began at Seasons 52, where exposure to a dynamic wine program sparked a lasting interest that quickly evolved into a career. She has since developed her expertise across coastal luxury properties throughout Sarasota and Clearwater, along with seasonal experience in Maine. She holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and the French Wine Scholar certification, and is currently pursuing her Champagne Master level through the Wine Scholar Guild.
Her philosophy centers on meeting guests where they are while thoughtfully guiding them toward new discoveries. She is particularly drawn to unexpected and expressive pairings, focusing on how individual components of a dish can interact with wine in ways that go beyond traditional conventions. With a deep appreciation for the diversity of terroir, she enjoys showcasing how a single varietal can present entirely different profiles across regions. The Loire Valley remains a personal favorite, and Champagne is her go to, with Billecart-Salmon among her most admired producers.
Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, she studied Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. Outside of the restaurant, she enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and is currently learning French. As she steps into fine dining, she is excited to contribute to a program defined by depth, precision, and passion, working alongside a team committed to delivering a truly exceptional experience.
